I have never had such a horrible experience with a company in my life! All they care about is getting your business/deposit, but after that they have no respect for your move.
HOWARD MELNICK is quite the salesman. He convinced me that Nationwide is the best moving company and not to go with anyone else, so I booked with them weeks in advance for a move from LA to IL. The day before the move I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told that my move was still being "scheduled" AKA they did not have a truck. After a lot of agony and no one calling me back, I had to rent a Penske truck and move across the country by myself. They will be quick to call and harass you for the deposit, but when no truck shows up no one at the company is available to talk to you. HORRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER USE THEM!
