We scheduled a fast move from Wyoming to Colorado and was told multiple times they would be in Wyoming to load may 14-15. The 14th came and I got a phone call saying we were on schedule for the 14-15. Ok so that was Monday so we assumed they would be here Tuesday. Wrong. Tuesday came and I started calling them at 7:30am. No one could give me any answers and kept saying they'd call me back after they talked to dispatch. This is on the day OF the move. I called again, still no answer. Several phone calls and emails later and after over an hour in waiting on the phone still no one can give me an answer. It is fraud. They took my money for a deposit (1538$) and made me sign a contract when they are not holding their end of the bargain. Then they call today, the day after we were supposed to be loaded, and tell me that the entire thing is still sitting in scheduling???? Do NOT give these people your money. A) either they won't ever show up or b)you'll never get your stuff.
