Nationwide Relocation service is a con. I booked my move from Saint Louis to Santa Monica with them, a month and a half in advance. I was told they would be there at 8 am, on the 27th of april. So, I booked a plane ticket for that night. They didn't show up that day. Nobody bothered to call me. I had to stay on hold for several hours on the 27th to get an answer. After going through several representatives, I was finally transferred to Kyle. He rudely told me that they would be there by 8am on the 28th. The next day! So i changed my ticket, paid another $300 to change my flight for the 28th at 8pm. The movers arrived at my place at 6:30 pm. No call no notice. Out more money on my ticket! Originally, I was told the furniture takes 7-10 days to get delivered. I just called to find out about my delivery and after being on hold for another 2 hours, I was informed that they were going to deliver the furniture on the 20th of May! 23 days after pickup?? This company is ridiculous!! They lie straight through their teeth. Nobody calls back. Their customer service representatives are rude and inept. You can hear them laughing and using profanities in the background. How did BB give them an A? This company has made my move, one of the most stressful experiences of my life. i would never use or recommend them.
