Signed contract 2 months before move. No one showed up on either scheduled days. After leaving numerous messages that no one would call back on, I finally talked to someone who said no mover was scheduled for my cross country move. I was expected to call to get updates on status on last day of move. Was told that's the way it goes sometimes. Quick to take my deposit but did not follow through on contract. Took 2 weeks to get my deposit back. Had to pay for extra day in my apartment since they failed to show. They even suggested I put my stuff into a storage unit until they could find someone. My advice: borrow friends and rent a Budget truck. DO NOT USE. I have yet to receive any phone call back from anyone at the company concerning any of the numerous messages I left.
