It was the worst moving experience ever. I usually do a good job of researching but missed the mark on this one. They sound good on the phone but what you don't realize is that you give them money up front then they find someone to do the move for you. They don't return calls and make promises they don't/can't keep. No follow-up. The questions to ask is: Are they the movers throughout the trip. Can they work with you on delivery times or is the window lexcessively arge? Who do they have to help load and unload? Is is employees or one-time contract labor? How is the balance of the move to be paid? If they don't take credit cards or personal checks then you are in for a difficult time.
