First I have moved over 30 times, some cross country most local. Nationwide sold the company very well but delivered nothing. Horrible customer service, I had to contact them frequently to find out what was going on with my move dates, etc. Sales rep said he would be with me the whole move from start to finish. Once the deposit was paid I spoke to 4 other people. Sales rep said that the truck would be with the same driver and men at all times and my stuff was picked up and delivered by two different groups. Items were broken and missing and delivery guy scratched and heavily damaged my hardwood floors. Charged additional fees that were not talked about during sign up and contract. Spoke to managers regarding additional fees and got a rude response and no help. Tried to contact original sales rep via phone and email and got no response. Seriously, one of the most frustrating situations I have ever delt with. Beware... they show a low price up front but that is not what you get in the end!
