Mistated the pickup window/delivery time for my car transport. So I had to incur additional costs in order to get a certified check/money order to the destination in time.
For my home - they didn't come when they agreed and after 5 days of waiting for them - they told me I could wait another two and possibly they could find a carrier or I could cancel the contract...wish I knew I could have cancelled my contract after they missed the window.
Talked to customer service/claim department and they didn't nothing in order to help me with the additional costs I incurred for their mistake because and I quote "we only make $100 on a vehicle transport and are unable to give credits for not picking up your items especially if you go with another carrier".
DISGUSTED!! DONT DO IT DONT DO IT!!!
