After I posted my complaint Nationwide contacted me immediately to try and understand what happened with the move. Unfortunately, I ended up driving it here myself but the good thing is the person who contacted understood and did refund all of my money. So I would say if you are dissatified try to talk to them first about a refund or some kind of agreement that will work for both parties. They wanted me to be happy and cared about the stiuation with me. SO A BIG THANK YOU TO THEM FOR FOLLOWING UP ON AN ERROR MADE BY THE MOVERS AND SALES REP. Marie
