My wife and I hired Nationwide 4 weeks in advance to the June 22 pickup date . We packed everything . Nationwide contracted another moving company Excellant Relocators to load and deliver our goods from Indiana to North Carolina. Nationwide never contacted us with the name of this company nor did they tell us that the company had a two to three day pick up window and a sevcen day delivery window, all we new was that the pickup was sopposed to happen the 22nd.. Never the less they came late the next day. All they had to do was load the already packed boxes and furniture. It took them ten hrs. to load the boxes and furniture then it took eight days from Indiana to North Carolina Nationwide couldnot tell us at anytime during the eight day ordeal where our belongings were and refused to return our phone calls. I.M NOT GOING TO GET IN TO THE DAMAGE TO OUR FURNITURE. BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSDINESS.
