Nationwide Relocation Service is a cheating company and lied to me all the time. They asked me to pay a deposit, but they didn't pay anything to the carrier. They didn't know how to estimate correct weight and quote the price. They told me my total moving cost would be $7024.59, but I actually paid $9651.42 from Virginia to Ohio.
1)When they collect your money, they call you, email you, and fax you many times. But when you have questions and need customer services, no one responses to you. They are just stole your money. You can't trust anything what they said to you.
2) The carriers are not professional carriers. They didn't have any expeerience to move my grand piano and marble dinning table. They packed things in terrible mess.
3) They were always late and never on time.
4) They had a very bad attitude, one guy even used dirty language and was very disrespectful to me.
5) They made many scratch on my hardwood floor, dented the front door and the door frame had many scratches and damage.
I told you the truth: The Nationwide Relocation is a misleading and corrupt company. Hope you avoid this company and don't let your money being stolen from them.
