I found Nationwide Relocation Services through the Phoenix Yellow Pages. The primary contact person informed me that Nationwide would be contracting with Adrovic First Choice Moving to move my belongings. The furniture was delivered 3 days late. I had no problems contacting the company to see when my late furniture was going to arrive. After it was dropped off they charged me more money than what was on the contract. They insisted that I pay before checking to see if my things were all there. After they had left, I discovered that one of my most valuable belongings was missing. I sent both companies a certified letter letting them know that my armoire was missing. My primary contact at Nationwide told me that nobody in the company knows where it is. The person in claims for Nationwide told me that “Adrovic is going to investigate it.” I have repeatedly tried getting a hold of Adrovic directly and they will not take my phone calls, and will not pick up the certified letter that I sent from the post office. It has been 5 months since delivery and I still do not have my armoire nor have I heard anything more from either one of companies. Although I do understand that people make mistakes, I also find it hard to believe that the armoire walked off of the truck on its own. Honesty does not seem to be the policy of this company or of those that they contract through.
