1). The deriver delayed our stuff for a whole week.
2). The deriver didn't inform us 24 hours in adcance to set up the deliver time, which he suppose to do.
3). It was raining badly when our stuff were delivered to our apartment, and the deriver asked for extra $450.00 to transfer our stuff from the truck to our apartment. If we didn't pay the extra $450.00, he would unload our stuff in front of the gate no matter how the whether was.
We were looking for door to door service, and we were clearly told that it is the company's responsibility to load, deliver, unload and move stuff into the apartment. On the other hand, if the deriver didn't delay our stuff for 7 days, We could transfer our stuff, which suppose to be transfered by the deriver, from the truck to our apartment by ourselves (it didn't rain on the scheduled deliver day).
4). I called the company to complaint a lot of times, but my complaint was simply ignored.
In clusion, we were treated in a wrong way, and the company took advantage of us.
