This may seem as though I'm just 'piling on' at this point; however, this company needs to undergo a serious self-examination or go out of business. The company's customer service was, at best, poor. Their professionalism was non-existent. They completed a bait-and-switch after the paperwork was finalized. Their timeliness was non-existent. They failed to return phone calls. They outsourced the moving work to a company based out of Washington state that employed a driver who didn't know that special permission was needed for commercial re-fueling in Oregon - the neighboring state. That company outsourced the labor for the packing and unpacking - after multiple phone calls to them notifying them that it is not reasonable to expect one person to completed pack and load a full, three-bedroom home - to the local labor pool. The payment was demanded in full by cashier's check during the time of the unloading - although Nationwide Relocation didn't know what the weight of the items was!
I can't emphasize enough how bad this company is. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for moving services. There are other, safer options available.
