I wish I had read the previous reviews before I booked my moving with this bunch of liars and cheaters!
After they tricked me into the contract by sweat words and empty promises, I no longer was their customer, because nobody would treat their customers like that. First, they overcharged me by $200. Second, they didn't tell me I need to pay the actual shipper by cash or money order. When the actual mover came, they said I had to pay cash or money order before they started to unload a single piece. And it was a Sunday morning! Where did I go to get that much cash or a money order? Third, it took me about 10 calls over an entire month to get back $100 out of the $200 they overcharged me. Each time when I called, this guy Brandon (the agent I had dealt with) said he needed to talk to his boss and would call me back, or the CS people would call me back. But over an entire month, nobody ever called me even once! I finally demanded to talk to his boss and he transferred me to the CS people.
Suggestions:
1. Be prepared to call them 10 times too to get an answer if you have already signed the contract with them.
2. Tape record your coversations with this company if you have to do business with them. Otherwise, you would never be able to get the money they overcharge you.
