First they were late. They were supposed to deliver same day as pick up but the driver said he had to go watch the basketball finals on TV so he wasn't going to make it. The next day they would not answer our calls or call us back. They did not deliver and my family had to sleep on the floors of our new home..4 yrs.to 56 yrs. The third day they still wouldn't talk to us. Finally after threatening to call the police for theft of our whole home someone said they had truck trouble and were in the way. A table had two legs bent up to the surface. The guy bent them back as good as he could. Most wood furniture had chucks broken out of the or large scratches. A TV was smashed. Once I got all boxes emptied..about a month later..I noticed my entire box that had my antique jewelry box and $5000 worth of jewelry and sentiments inside was missing. They had to have stolen it. Guess thats what I get for labeling the box. I should have written junk box instead of jewelry box. I filed two separate claims and both were denied sitting no wrong doing on their part. DO NOT USE!!
