This company stole mine and several other families' belongings. The picked up my things on July 20th, lost their license on July 23rd because they cancelled their insurance on July 13th. They never contacted me. I contacted them for weeks with the run around at first, then no answer, finally someone stating he is the former manager and he got burned from the owner as well answered the phone and stated that the owner took everyone's money and closed up shop. Police, FBI, District Attorney refuse to get involved which makes no sense to me! Beware, this can happen to you! I am sure they will reopen under another name using a different location and address. DO NOT DEPEND ON THE Better Business Bureau, I had to learn the hard way that they are a joke! The BBB make their money getting paid by companies and in a sense a company can buy their rating and prevent complaints against the company from showing up on the BBB website! The only reason I booked with this company was because they had an A rating from the BBB and were licensed through the DOT since 2001.
