When first being contacted by this company the woman on the other end was nice, and knowledgeable and took my payment promptly promising a very smooth transaction. Then came the ridiculousness.... the movers showed up a day early at the wrong house. Then while we were sleeping from a night's worth of packing I recieved serveral phone calls threatening that if I didn't answer the phone now they were going to take my several hundred dollar deposit and not refund it and cancel the move. Upon waking up and retrieving the voice mails I walked outside (still the wrong day) to find 2 guys sitting in a truck that was unmarked waiting to move us. After a series of rude and obnoxious phone calls from the dispatch personel and being told it wasn't there problem and being promised every other phone call that we will be there at 8pm tonight, next phone call was ohhh tomm afternoon and the final phone call regaurding that was ... ohhh it will be 4 days from now til we can move you.... ARE YOU SERIOUS???????? I'm paying close to 2 grand for this move and I'm hearing nothing but hostile complaints, being told that this is not thier problem, and just plain being "handled" by this woman on the other end of the phone. No one should have to pay for that.... I did cancel the move and cancel thier payment! I would NOT recommend for anyone to use this company! I wouldn't trust them with my valuables ... way toooooo many RED FLAGS!
