Nationwide represents themselves as a complete moving service.
After they get their deposit they contract you out to a transfer service, in our case
Worldwide Transfer. They leased a Ryder truck too small to move a house of furniture,
1) They hire people off the street to move you
2) They moved what furniture they could get on a 26 ft truck and stored the rest in
a U-Haul storage.
3) They promised us four different dates to move the rest of our furniture.
4) The owner was deranged to talk to.
5) We never received the rest of our furniture.
6) We had to fly to Kansas and rent a U-Haul and drive our furniture to Florida
7) It has been six weeks and they won't answer their phones.
8) Every piece of wood furniture has been badly damaged
9) The move ended up costing us $6200 and we had to finish the move.
