First of all, the movers were late. I booked a flight to LA to meet the movers, only to find they had no plans to show up. I had to change my plans, pay for extra hotel days and rental car costs, as well as miss work in order to meet them later in the week. Nationwide promised to compensate me but when it came down to it, they said they would not. They flat out lied to me, failed to return my calls and are very unprofessional.
Then there were the actual movers- Weststar. I was quoted a price of $1100. A Weststar rep (Julia) led us to believe we would fall within the range. She says she did not but there were two of us that heard otherwise. The end price was more than DOUBLE!!! Of course, this information was only disclosed as they were about to deliver my items, 3 weeks after they originally said they would. The movers ruined many items. I'm still finding things to be broken or missing. They wanted cash and and never provided me with a receipt with a breakdown of charges.
BEWARE of Nationwide.
