Good experience until signing the contract. But after I signed the contract... wow... I cannot believe what I've been going through with these guys. Nationwide is a broker and never ever use broker.
* Movers showed up late on the move date.
* Movers were not prepared to give us full packaging service - we had to drive a mover to Home Depot to get more supplies
* The contract we signed with Nationwide was garbage. Every deal I was promised with Nationwide, the actual movers did not agree with it and we had to overpay. For instance, I was told by Lori at Nationwide that the shuttle fee would be no more than $200. However, the movers would charge us $700 and said Lori didn't know what she was talking about. Luckily we didn't need shuttle service, but we had to pay them $450 for shuttle cancellation fee. - they reserved a shuttle and why do we need to pay the cancellation fee?
* Overall, they made me overpay $1,235.
So many of nonsense in the past two weeks. I strongly do not recommend doing business with Nationwide.
