These movers were late in arriving. One was on his cell phone the whole time while the other had to drag the furniture on his own (very upsetting). The move was late arriving. We had to contact them and they never kept us informed. The moovers arrived late one night (around 9 pm), rushed the delivery and hurried me into signing the form that everything had been delivered. Eight boxes out of 30 were missing. They finally delivered 5 of these and are not making any effort to find the other three. Most every piece of furniture was damaged due to negligence and with the boxes lost...I wish we had never heard of this company. Do yourself a favor and dont consider them. They just dont care. Their customer service was just deceitful and permeated with their attitude that they wereent going to have to see you anymore and that they didnt care about their negligence wich caused our problems.
