Best Advice: Do not use

This company did not have the best recommendations,but everyone has their quirks about the quality of service that they receive; utimately, I gave the company a chance.
I personally packaged and labeled all of my boxes in rubbermaid tubs (I avoided boxes due to potential warping or bottoming out and secured my personal business card on the top of each tub).
My things were picked up late, incidentally arrived late, the tub with my carefully packaged aged wine, and kitchen accents just happened to disappear, and several pieces amongst all of my things were broken.
The company's response is we don't know what happened, and Lisa, the woman that eagerly communicated with me prior to this incident, no longer reciprocates my email.
Lesson learned--do not use this company. Hopefully you will not decide to learn this lesson for yourself as I choose to do.
