From the minute I called the phone was answered by the owner who was extremely responsive to my request. In fact he came to speak with us in person the same day I called . They were polite, very respectful and courteous during both our initial visits and the day of our move. He explained in full detail how things would be packed, number of members on the team moving us, exactly how the truck would be loaded during the initial walk through our home. The team arrived promptly at 9am and again we did a walk through this time with the entire team. Our move was not your typical one home move, but two different locations to bring belongings to. The team treated our furniture as their own and more importantly treated us respectfully. Would definitely use National Relocation Van lines again and will refer them to others. Excellent experience!
