Let me start by saying, at first this company seemed great, prices were quoted low etc. We went through our whole house and itemized everything. Our quote was orginally 2700. Then we decided to sell most everything leaving our home empty except for totes and various things that we had in storage and our garage. The man said they couldn't do anything less than 1800 so we agreed. We put everything in our garage and they set a pick up date. The pick up date came and went, we had no contact until a couple days later. After two no-shows finally a week and a half later the truck driver showed up. We paid a deposit of 450 in advance so we knew we'd owe around 1500 at time of drop off. Long story short...after the truck finally picked up our things, which was greatly less than what was quoted, they sent us an email wanting 3,100 dollars for our move or we weren't getting our things back. I was so pissed! They purposely gather all of your things so you're at the mercy of them to pay or you will not get your stuff. So instead of paying 1500 more after our deposit, they want a total of over 3 grand we didn't discuss so they will not give me anything until they're paid. Never ever ever trust this company, theyre good ratings are a scam by employees to help their ratings because this company is terrible. Just today I got a call from their customer relations department threatening to have the truck driver take all of our stuff back to where the pick up was and dump it off. They steal and pray on consumers to extort more money out of them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!
