The movers arrived and did their job and they did it rather fast but carefully. Nothing was damaged when they dropped everything off. It took them about 3 weeks to get my stuff to my new home. I was told one week at first, I was going to be the last pick up and first drop off. But the truck broke down and all my things were unloaded into a nearby storage. I had no problem with any of this because I was told right away. As soon as the truck broke down the driver called me and explained the situation and told me what the plan was from there on out.
Communication was the best thing about my move. No matter what I was always told what was happening no questions asked. I do reccommend NRS for anyone who has to move. I paid less than expected because we over quoted all my things. I mean I could not have asked for a better result for my move.
