My wife and I never wanted to be hassled in terms of packing stress. The customer service rep was brilliant and he arranged everything as agreed. The move was carried out precisely as agreed and the packing and moving was done in accordance to the specified arrangement. The move was fantastic and there was no damage at all and there was no increase in the bill. My wife was also very happy at the end of the move. Well done National moving and storage!
