I would not recommend using this company. They were contracted through Orion Van Lines. First they came with a straight bed truck and loaded everything on that truck which was then sent to a warehouse where it was unloaded. My belongings were reloaded onto a semi truck for transportation across the US. This may have been part of the reason files cabinets were bent, and other damage was done. Once the truck arrived in Michigan we saw that the boxes were in a huge pile inside the truck. It wasn't packed properly in order for the items to be stable. The movers, except for the lead mover Mark, were horrible. They put boxes marked FRAGILE under heavier boxes when unloading. Boxes with arrows pointing in a certain direction were disregarded. My bike was thrown on top of my weight bench, which was placed upside down, in my garage. One of the movers dropped a fragile box on it's side right in front of me. Both file cabinets were bent on the edges, the wooden feet of my coffee table were scraped. They lost screws and other parts of my metal desks. One of the movers got tired and sat on my sofa like he belonged there. I don't mind someone taking a rest but it felt inappropriate for him to do so in my home. In addition, they told me they would be in my Michigan location on a certain day so I took off work. They didn't bother to call me the night before to tell me they wouldn't be able to unload that day and I wasted a whole day off work waiting for them. They eventually came the next day. I must say that the lead driver was very good but his assistants were what made the unload so bad. The packing job into the semi in Portland must have been bad for so much damage to occur. Don't use this company, or Orion Van Lines for that matter. They are a broker, and although Nicole was very nice to deal with, they chose a bad company for my move.
