no show and no paperwork

I received an email confirmation (bwlow) that on July 30th at 9 am, I would have 3 guys and a truck in Newark to move us to Carteret at $75/hr. (am came and went and when I called at 9:15, they had no idea who I was and had no paperwork about us. I replied to the confirmation getting no response. She gave us 3 different email addresses to forward the confirmation to, all came back 'account does not exist'. We spoke to them 3 times and all three times they did everything they could to get us off the phone and never called us back. We spoke to a Michelle and a Julie. The final phone call was with a Megan who to told us she'd check with dispatch to see if she could get a truck and some guys to Newark but I should probably call someone else. Needless to say, I never heard back from them. I did get another company to come to my home in Newark that afternoon and ended up paying almost twice what I was going to with NJ Elite Movers.
