Horrible experience. A simple local move in which we had packed everything and taken beds apart. Arrived 2.5 hours late, broke a couch and dryer. Did damage to walls. Did not know how to pack the truck and dawdled to extend time. After 5 1/2 hours they had only moved 3/4 of our stuff (packing all the boxes but not one complete bed). We sent them away. We found out they had taken a dinner break and charged us for it. They were also very unprofessional - I won't go into details about that but it was disgusting. Tried to call the companies several times per day with no return calls. Filled out the proper paperwork for the broken items, have not heard anything. If Brian and Scott show up to your house, send them home. Aaron is the manager and he did not truthfully represent the company to us.
