When i initially contracted with these guys to move my representative said something to the affect of “ thank you for choosing us, as a family owned business your part of the family now so if you need anything don't be a stranger”. i thought it was so cheesy but i later found out these were words these guys lived by.there actions showed it. our rep gave us his cell phone number and promised to always be available. anything we had questions on as far as packing or date changes he was available, and if he couldn't talk that second he'd follow up with a text letting us know when he would be free. i could've done this move by myself much cheaper. if I'm going to pay someone to do it for me i expect this type of customer service. these movers know what they're doing.
