they haven't come to pick me up just yet but the services they've offered so far have been great. they've made the process of getting things done really smooth. I've never moved before so i don't know how to pack all of this stuff. the only problem is i don't have the money to pay them. jon told me he'd walk me through anything i need help with though and I've called him like 15 times. he's never upset and is always very patient with me. one time he even face timed me to make sure the mirror was packed correctly. i wanted to express my gratitude for the help this past week. thanks guys
