When the movers arrived (four picked up, two delivered), they were 30-40 minutes late, but they called to let us know they were stuck in traffic. When they arrived they were concerned about one of our huge Ikea pieces and didn't want to be responsible for it so my husband had to sign something to say if something should happen to it it's not their fault--no problem. I get it, it's Ikea. But they spent time breaking the entire thing down and rebuilt it when they got to our new lace. I had no idea it would be that involved but they were SUPER careful to make sure it was safely delivered. And thanks to the time they took, it did arrive in great shape.
