They will not honor what they promised during the quote process. They will flood you with paperwork and take your money once all your items are pack and loaded, when there are no options for you since it is your moving day. Will not ever recommend this company, they are rude and have poor communications and procedures. They just care about adding fees and charges, will disrespect you as a consumer. Their tracking system, calling the truck driver that conveniently is always in a poor reception area. I can keep going on a on, not worth the headed.
