This company lied numerous times, told conflicted stories on pick up dates and delivery dates. The left move dates were left blank on the paperwork after being told by Anthony it would take 4 to 5 days. Anthony gave me the the driver's number to see what the hold up was. Gill (the driver) told me I was misinformed by Anthony and it would take 12 days. They never called me l24-48 hrs. like the contract stated, I had to contact them on day 14. Their math was wrong on the paperwork, I noticed it and informed them so I paid them the correct amount. Honestly, I just never want to to talk to them or deal with them again. Also, Anthony told me I could pay via credit card for the second half my payment, which was a lie according to my paperwork. They were extremely rude when I brought up the conflicts. They were not understanding of my concerns and anxieties of all of my belongings in their hands with lack communication, not enought close to cover the time gap and tons inaccuracies on their end. They were over 10 days later than I was told. The driver Gill, showed up yelling at me ver batum "You need to grow up, we have bigger jobs than yours". It was completely out of line, I have the right to follow up on my belongings and be upset about different stories I was told and to publically humilate me like that! I know I was upset but I went 10 extra days without clothes and missed scheduled interviews becauxe they misinformed me. It did not need to be such a huge ordeal but instead of hearing me out, showing some concern, I got to talk to with distespect, lack of concern for a client and no apology for the inconvenience. They were so improfessional, they argued every chance they got. Their common response was "I do not remember saying that". I am pregnant and did not deserve the stress they brought to me during this transition. I called to speak to Anthony and his superivsor said "Unless your calling to ask him on a dinner date, you will be dealing with me." This kind of behavior towards any customer is unneccassy! My television was busted during the move and the driver Gill faced it towards the wall, I did not of course notice till he left. Their customer service emailed me the formsd to fill out, which I mailed the following day. I have not heard anything back from them, it has been over a month. They are not responding to my follow-up email either . This is the worst company. The pick up and delivery process took twenty days and still I'm waiting to heart about the damages. The way they treat people is beyond ridiculous. I will never recommend Moving on Up, Inc. to anyone!
