WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE MOVING GIANTS!!!!
They arrived at my apartment 10 hours late wearing flip flops and t-shirts. Igor the driver and the person in charge decided that I had more items and the move was now going to cost 58% more than the estimate. He demanded that I go to the ATM and get him more cash, because it was 10pm I refused. They forced me to sign blank paperwork or threatened to leave without loading my items. They damaged my floor, walls, and door frame while moving my items to the truck.
The next morning I was sent the new invoice and immediately noticed that Igor had reported that I had only given him $600--when in fact I gave him $747 (we had bank documents as proof). He helped himself to a $147 tip. They wanted us to pay for the entire move upfront but given the theft they agreed to a money order upon delivery.
IN THE CONTRACT it says I was guaranteed to get my items in less than 2 weeks. But once they had all of my stuff they informed us it could take up to 21 days. It took a month for the delivery. When they did come every single box was damaged, and items were missing.
Moving Giant is NOT approved by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) despite their advertisements. Due to their lies and theft the company is now under a criminal investigation. Please notice all the other reviews on this site for this company are posted around the same time EVERY NIGHT...so clearly you can tell someone from the company is posting these fake reviews.
This company stole from me and has committed numerous other crimes. Do not trust them.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. MOVING GIANTS IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!
