Worst moving service I had ever experienced. First of all they've promised me the rate of $122 for 300 cu.ft based on the total inventory list. But once they've arrived to pick my things up they started saying that it was over 300 cu.ft.Driver even started complaining that my Queen size mattress was large even though it was on the list.They brought such a small truck with them, that they wont let me measure it as it was less than 200 cu.ft.
They started adding more boxes by stacking in couple of small pillows into a large box(5.0 cu ft) and taping it.When I called the sales guy(Ben) to complain what was happening he doesn't even have minimum courtesy to talk to me, all he says is his job is done once he gets the business and I have to call separately the Manager (Tisha)responsible for this. Now this lady is so arrogant that, she doesn't wanna listen what are you're trying to explain.Once they started loading the truck, they started saying that its gonna be over 500 cu.ft for which i need to $2000.
Now after all this when I declined to pay for 500 cu.ft( as it was not even 300 cu.ft) and asked Driver to takeout some of the things, he resists from giving my things back.
Not to be surprsied they have even stoled my things like metal bed frame for which they dont wanna take any responsibility as it was not on the list.would anyone bother about all the little screws and nuts which come when anything is disassembled.
