This is the worst moving company that I have ever encountered. They give you one quote over the phone and then they come to your residence and raise the amount. They are rude and disrespectful. They don't even accept the method of payment that is on the contract. I had to actually deposit money into their account in order to get my goods back. I also had to contact an attorney. When they brought my goods, they were damaged and dusty. They needed my tools to unwrap the furniture. They don't discard their trash, they left it outside in the hallway. They had the audacity to ask for a tip when they left. Also one of the movers plugged his cell phone up into my electrical outlet without asking. When you contact them on the phone, they hang up on you and they use degrading remarks when speaking with you. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. According to the better business bureau they have a D- rating and they have had 14 complaints. This would have been helpful prior to me hiring them.
