This company is the worst! They were a day late to pick up our items. And once our items were locked away on their truck they raised the cost of the move $700! They demanaded the $700 in cash or money order and we had no clue were our items were for 5 days! When the items arrived there were several damages and some items were missing. Needless to say we were furious and decided to file a claim through "their" company CSI. WE submitted the maddening paperwork/ photos/ quotes etc...to CSI and was told we had to wait 120 days for a response. Then after waiting 113 days...an email comes saying that Moving 1 no longer uses CSI and that Moving 1 would handle the claim. PURE BULLSHIT!!! Now the phone number to CSI is not in service and we are clueless about our next move. CAN ANYONE HELP US??? We contacted the police and the chamber of commerce and neither one gave a shit! Murder will be our answer in the near future!!!
