Worst moving experience ever. My entire load of items was "misplaced" by these idiots

Moved from Georgia to California in the beginning of September. Movers did not arrive at schedule time. After several calls and no apologies the movers came at 4 am the following morning. The initial quote of 800 was raised to 1400. Had a load of 29 items total. A week after I arrived in California I called to schedule delivery and was constantly put on hold and told that my items were in route. A week before the 21 day delivery window I called again and still no response. About three days after my projected date of delivery. I was told by Yumi that my items were lost and that they were trying to find the items. After two weeks of getting the news these jackasses have still not found my items and claim that my load may have been sent to other shipping adresses. I have had to call them constantly to figure out what has happen to my stuff. I was already convinced before that my items have been stolen. I really don't want to deal with their b.s. claims system or going through a legal battle when they will most likely be protected and they already have a whole list of unhappy customers out for them. Something drastic and immensely painful needs to happen to these people.......
