Moving 1 is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is hopeless. They are cheaters, liers and most unprofessioal. My goods were delivered after 25 business days and almost 50 to 100 calls. Every time I call they would put me on hold saying the supervisor is out for lunch or busy or one or the other silly reason. When asked about the delivery date they always lie saying it would arrive in next 3 days. Once I kept waiting on the weekend thinking that it would show up but it never did. After about a month the company hooked me up with another company that would delivered the goods. They never took responsibility for anything happened to goods. Finally the goods arrived in a 35 foot long carrier and my apt refused the entry. THe driver demanded that I pay $75 extra for moving the goods. When contacted moving 1 about this they were so rude and said it was between me and driver to settle. The goods were dumped in the truck as if in a junk yard. All the boxes were mutilated. Worst of all 2 items were missing. My kids new bike and a step ladder. Knowing the company's behavior I did not file the claim. It was a totally frustrating experience. I wish this company is uprooted and got out of the business so that a lot of gullible people are saved. It was totally a frustrating experience.
