When the truck arrived in TN to be unloaded, we found heavy boxes placed on top of lighter boxes. The frame of my chair that matched my living room set was broken due to how things were packed on it. Boxes were crushed. I found one item that had been removed from its box and set on the floor of the truck. I contacted ABF as they are the trucking company. James told me I needed to file a claim with Move Builders instead of with ABF. I tried to file a claim several times and never got a reply.
