Do not use this company. Chris the salesman sounds very nice and knowlegable. He guarantees to help you and follow you throught the complete process. In reality, once the sale is made and the truck dispatched to pick up the furniture, Chris is very difficult to contact. The remainder of the move is taken over by another group of people who are asking for more money at every opportunity. They do not relay messages, do not contact you promptly, miscalculate charges, and are very good at saying "I'm sorry, sir!" but not at correcting the problems. We feel taken advantage of. We were told we would get a phone call from the driver 24 hrs before delivery, which was supposed to be today. No phone call, no delivery, no return on our phone calls or emails. It isn't over yet, but so far, it has been very difficult.
