The pick up of my things went great. The guys were very nice and were on time and very sufficient. However it took almost 3 weeks for me to receieve my things and that was after I had to keep calling and e-mailing almsot daily. Said the truck broke down and it would be a couple more days. A week goes by and nothing. All they did was keep giving me the run around. Finally my items get here and nothing was damaged but I was missing one tote and a hamper. Was told my the driver if he found it he would let me know and to call the main office and tell them what was misssing. They called me and told me they had found my two items and would ship them to me. That was the end of March, still don't have the items. Another story about a broken down truck and no communication on their part unless I call or e-mail to ask. I was trying to refrain from posting a bad review until I receieved my items but I am at the pioint that I don't feel I will ever get them. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would NEVER use them again. Pay more $$ to have your things shipped by a more reputable company. These people do not care about the customers or when or how you get your things. I was more than disappointed in the service I received and am still receiveing, or more of a lack of! Ridiculous is all I can say!!
