This company cancelled my move with less than 24 hours notice with no explanation. The reservation rep, Robert, was very rude over the phone and refused to provide me with contact information for the supervisor or owner. I do not suggest that anyone use this company unless you want to take the chance of having your move cancelled the day before the scheduled date.
