TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!
The guys arrived in a Budget rental truck. Late. Very unprofessional. They spent much time moving slowly, taking smoking breaks, etc. Even discarded cigarettes and dirty rags on my driveway
They broke several items XXXand lied about it (though fortunately I have photos which I will use in a small claims action).
They also broke a tree.
They insisted on payment, but would not give me a copy of the papers I signed XXXon which I wrote "CONTEST CHARGES", "DAMAGE" etc. They asked me to sign a waiver, which I would not.
I have asked repeatedly for a copy of those papers, which they refuse to respond to, but again, fortunately, I thought to take photos of them.
They would not initially respond to my phone calls or emails XXXuntil i disputed the charges and threatened to sue them. Then I received emails from the anonymous "claims department", telling me I could not speak to a person and had to follow their "process." Still ignoring my requests, they then informed me that since I disputed the charges, they would not accept my claim or discuss it with me.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, ad if you are foolish enough to do so (as I was), make sure you take lots of photos and use your most consumer friendly credit card.
Oh, and their "special", after charges, is essentially the same as their "regular rate." I wouldn't use them for FREE
