I wanted to write this review because I notice that people only place the bad ones. Midwest Van Lines and Brian did an outstanding job on every aspect of this move. Customer service and Shawn took good care of me and kept me well informed of all the necessary info along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this company and please do not judge a company on my word alone, please look at the BBB rating and complaint history on this company and compare to others you may be talking to and you will see that MIDWEST is far superior than most. I doubt this company is perfect (who is in this kind of business) but they truly showed me and my family that they cared about us as a customer and that goes a long way. By the way, their crew that did the actual packing and moving for us were 3 of the nicest guys and were so efficient and professional as well.... Thanks you MIDWEST VAN LINES moving team!!!!
