Would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely poor business done here. The worst I've experienced. We arranged to have your things delivered on a certain "earliest day" available. Then AFTER they already had our things, they wanted to deliver our things 3 days prior then arranged date- which was most convenient for THEM. Well it was not even logistically possible for us. We arranged our schedule based on the alreasy agreed upon earliest date of delivery. So now they can't even tell us when we will get our things! They cant even give me a rough estimate!. When you call- you're lucky if someone answers. There is no machine to leave a message. When you talk to someone- they are completely unhelpful and unapologetic. So now my things are hostage and we are supposed to hold our breath until we hear from someone at some point! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The fancy website is a cover for a poorly run moving company.
