DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I am a Department of Defense Emloyee and I had my items picked up on December 9th 2013, I gave a date for delivery of January 5th, 2014. They have told me that they had 21 days after the first available date to deliver my items. I have not heard from them. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE IN DISPATCH. I have made complaints, with the BBB, Called the FBI, Also made complaints with the Federal trade Commission and The Illinois Attorney General office. My next step is to file a police report and also a report with the Department of Defense Attorney to find out where my items are. I called on January 13th and was told that my items will be delivered within 3-4 days and that they have left Chicago. I have yet to hear from this company. I wan to make sure that EVERYONE knows to not utilize this company, AT ALL.
