The guys arrive on time, get the business done quickly and get right to work. They move quickly and efficiently. They've never broken anything or damaged walls, floors or doors or any other part of the buildings I'm moving to or from. The move consisted of carrying everything I own up 3 flights of stairs (then down again when I moved out). Still a quick, efficient move. I was most impressed that, after all the trips up and down those stairs, at the end, one of the guys still had enough energy to run up all three flights to give me the receipt.
