We signed a contract with these people for Oct 1st, 2011, they never showed up. Never called us we chase them down and they told us the truck broke down and they would maybe get to us later or maybe the next day. We waited a few hours and called them back and spoke with a female and she said the move would take place later that afternoon. People, they never showed up and after waiting all day they offered to give us our deposit back. They left us high and dry, it was the worst experience. They never honored their contract with us, beside their staff is very unprofessional and rude, just plain nasty. Some of their staff is unable to speak clear English. Our move was to take place on Saturday, we were really left in a bind, all private rental truck was book, we call several other movers and no one was able to help us. We had everything packed up and ready to go. Staying in the place we already lived was not an option. At 6:00pm that afternoon we got another company to help us. PLEAST DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE JUST PLAIN NO GOOD. I hope this comment help save someone else the trouble we went through.
